3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ra77:

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following terms apply to all ra77 bonuses and promotions. Claiming a bonus means you accept these terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit. Maximum bonus: BDT 5,000. Wagering requirement: 30x.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly reload bonus of up to 50%. Wagering requirement: 25x.
• Cashback: 10% cashback on weekly net losses. No wagering required.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Wagering must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Ra77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on ra77:

• The minimum bet per event is BDT 50; the maximum bet is determined by the specific event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds at the time the bet is placed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, ra77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing coordinated bets on a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Official results are considered final for Sports Betting.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ra77 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ra77 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during KYC verification.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure and no terms violation is involved, that balance will be refunded.
